ABOUT HILDA MARIE
Hilda Marie is an Ordained Interfaith Minister, who also holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology. She has 23 years of experience in providing group, individual, and family counseling services in a wide variety of clinical settings. Hilda has also officiated over 600 personalized wedding ceremonies for couples who want to honor their unique values and different belief systems.
My Journey
“At the age of 3, I discovered that I had certain abilities which set me apart from my siblings and peers. At the time, I was too young to understand that I had been given a gift. Often, I saw my abilities as a curse. My greatest wish was simply to be “normal”. To see the unseeable and know the unknowable was often a confusing and frightening experience. It would take a journey of a thousand miles to come to the place where I am today.
Education
I pursued 2 degrees in psychology where my intuitive and empathic abilities could be channeled into a socially acceptable healing modality. I was drawn to working with battered women and abused children. Their pain resonated with me, and I soon discovered that I was an empath. God directed my life work by having me feel the pain of others, not so that I would suffer, but so that I would know exactly were and how to channel Divine energy.
